A new chapter for CHARTEROAK

We are delighted to announce that on 30th September 2022, SRG Parks Ltd, have acquired the two CHARTEROAK luxury lodge parks in Cornwall, Stonerush Lakes and Southern Halt.

The parks and business will continue to operate as CHARTEROAK and will continue to build on the success and strong business that both the parks and their teams have already achieved over the last ten years.

Completing the team with Silvano Geranio and Bobby McGhee to run the new Charteroak business are Patrick Howard, Finance Director; Paul Nicol, Operations Director; and Simon Pitman, Marketing Director collectively bringing over 100 years of sector experience from a highly experienced and talented team.  

Working closely with the excellent existing park team, our holiday home owners and holiday guests can expect to enjoy a way to escape the stresses and strains of daily life, to relax, through great service, beautiful locations, in sumptuous lodges set within tranquil, stylish surroundings. With the Charteroak team providing a consumer friendly, knowledgeable, open, and engaged brand experience for both holiday home ownership and holidays, supporting the local communities and natural surroundings in which they operate.
