Come and grab a couple of sundowners, as you relive the highlights of your day, or start planning your next adventure. The team will be happy to make suggestions of where you can visit next and ready to top you up with your favourite tipple.
So sad to be back from this wonderful week away. The friendliest of welcomes, the place was so clean it was almost as if it were brand new. Linens and towels as bright as you’d see in a 5 star hotel and the site itself is just lovely and clearly well looked after. The chalet was perfect for us as a party of 3 but I’d happily stay as a 4. The kitchen was great with everything sparkling and a little welcome box on arrival. It was quiet and calm and just perfect for a relaxing break. If we’d have known how good it was we’d have booked for longer for sure!
A little park for the kids which was perfect to burn off the last drips of energy, a short walk down a wooded alley and you’re in the town. The location is also Perfectly placed to visit all of north Devon’s finest.
Just loved it here and we’ll be back for sure.

What to see at Manleigh Park
Beach days are a breeze at Manleigh, with a 20 minute walk bringing you into Combe Martin, where you will find a lovely sandy shore; or hop in the car and find the epic dunes of Woolacombe, the surf breaks of Croyde or the lovely coves of Lee Bay. For rugged inland views, pull on your walking boots and head out onto Exmoor where you can enjoy the deep purple of heathers, the bright yellow sparks of gorse, babbling brooks and village tearooms.
Porlock
Visit pretty Porlock Vale, situated in the Exmoor Hills, purple with heather and dissected by gushing rivers that lead to the rugged coastline. The vale is dotted with villages where you will find shops featuring local artisan produce, excellent restaurants, charming tea rooms and cosy pubs, including one of the oldest pubs in the country, where you can enjoy a wet weather afternoon on their ancient skittle alley, which is still in use today.
Countisbury
Just a couple of miles from Lynmouth is the small village of Countisbury and the headland which affords stunning views across the Bristol channel and back towards Lynmouth. The National Trust figure of eight walk, starting at Barna Barrow car park, will provide a route that boasts the variety of an Exmoor ramble, taking in coastline, riverside pathways, oak forests and sweeping views.
